It is believed that the harder the employees work for something, the greater the organization feels when they reach one step closer to their goal. Employees are the pillar of the organization and their management processes in any task assigned to expand the vision internally as well as externally. LTS to appreciate all the employee’s dedication and hard work hosted an informal gathering accompanied with Rewards and Recognization for the year 2018-19 on 10th of May’ 2019 in FML Lounge, Magarpatta. Each employee is precious, important and has their own respective designation as a pillar to the success of the organization and the deserving employees for the year were felicitated on the same day with rewards and recognizations. The Performer of the year was bagged by Pravin Gade and Giridhar Borke respectively. The contributor of the year award was bagged by Abbas Mulani and Sumit Shrivastava and the leader of the year was bagged by Shikha Pardhi. These deserving employees were the key to focus on goals rather than the obstacles whose vision lead them to do something extraordinary for the organization and led them to bag the awards on the same night. This informal gathering witnessed the weekend vibes of each and every individual who have invested their sweat and stem of the brain to expand the floors of the organization entailed with food and drinks and tuning into the wave of dance and enjoyment. This social gathering not only did strengthen the relationship and bond but also have opened new gates of opportunities for friendship and bridged the gap of a ladder between the organization and the employees working.
